The COSMOS International Launch Service Team consists of German and Russian aerospace companies and Russian military representatives. COSMOS International performs all management tasks and is the contractual partner for customers. OHB System - Orbitale Hochtechnologie Bremen-System GmbH is a satellite and space technology developing company of the FUCHS GRUPPE. OHB System provides the necessary engeenering service and cooperates since 1994 with the COSMOS manufacturing company PO POLYOT. PO POLYOT - is a production association in Omsk whose design bureau is the manufacturer of COSMOS 3M launch vehicles. With its experience PO POLYOT have a key position in missions engineering. All launches in Russia are under the responsibility of military (Space Forces) that's why the COSMOS launches are managed directly trough the state military marketing company ROSOBORONEXPORT. The teamwork is organized based on cooperations contracts and the structure of teamwork is project streamlined. This ensures high reliability, success and reduces costs.
